How is anna lee prints printed?
All of our prints are professionally printed on high quality matte white 230gsm fine art paper using archival inks for long lasting quality.
Are anna lee prints all original?
Yes, all of our prints are completely original and one of a kind. Anna lee prints is different to other online art stores who resell stock images from online resources. Each piece includes a small printed signature logo in the bottom corner to confirm its originality. You will not find these pieces anywhere else! When purchasing from anna lee prints you are supporting a small business based in Australia.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes A4, A3, A2, 50cm x 70cm, A1, 60x90cm and A0.
Do you offer framing?
Yes we do offer framing. These are available in beautiful natural timber, matte white and matte black. Each framed print is produced with a 2mm clear glass front and includes a hanger for easy display. This option needs to be selected during product selection and reviewed at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunetly we do not ship internationally at this time, only to Australian residents.
How much is shipping?
Our tracked shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location to all our Australian customers.
It is the customers responsibility to keep up to date with their own delivery.
I have just purchased from anna lee prints, what's next?
After order submission, customers will receive a confirmation email. A secondary email including your tracking number will be provided once your order has been produced and shipped. If one or neither of these emails have been received, please contact us at info@annaleeprints.com for further assistance.
When will I receive my order?
Print only orders:
Currently ship within 3-5 business days from order confirmation.
Print & frame orders:
Currently ship within 10-15 business days.
How will my prints be packaged?
All our prints come rolled in a cardboard tube for protection. Our framed prints are shipped in specially made to fit boxes.
Can I return my print if I order the wrong size or print?
All anna lee prints are made to order, therefore please choose carefully when purchasing as we can not accept refunds for ordering the wrong size or print.
I have accidentally entered the incorrect or changed my delivery address, what can I do?
As long as the order is still in process and has not been shipped, contact us at info@annaleeprints.com with your order number and updated address. If the order has been shipped, we may still have a chance, if we are not successful we can request the order to be returned to us and a new shipment can be booked in. This will attract a re-shipping fee.
My order arrived with missing items?
In some cases, if multiple sizes were ordered which require different postal packaging these can be shipped in multiple parcels.
My order arrived with damaged items?
In the unlikely event of accidental damage during transit, email us at info@annaleeprints.com and include your order number, photos and an explanation of the damage that has occurred at within the first 48 hours of receiving.
Once reviewed we can discuss a plan to rectify. We are not responsible for any damage from the opening of the parcel, or any claims after the first 48 hours of receiving period. By placing an order with us you hereby accept and agree that you understand all of the above.
